Paper Work Management

Each IEP student will have:
  • IEP Accordion Folder in locked cabinet
    • permissions
    • IEPs
    • Educational
    • Psych/Social
    • Speech/Language
    • Health/Motor
  • Working Folder
    • Portfolio (grades/standardized test scores, etc.)
    • IEP Progress Reports
    • Progress Monitoring Charts
    • Assessment/Evaluation Protocols
Students in groups will have a 2 pocket folder that holds assignments/word sorts/math facts we're working on in one pocket, and completed work in the other.  Completed work goes home 3-4 times per quarter.

Progress monitoring prompts will be kept in a grading folder until entered into progress monitoring chart (hopefully there's one for iPad??)

Fountas and Pinnell have very useful ideas for setting up a reader's notbook for each student.
In their book, Guiding Readers and Writers, reference pages 174-179.
